A simple colorful special blanket made with little squares and machine quilted as you sew the top. This is one of my favorite patterns. You lay out a grid on your fabric with ink that will disappear and then you glue the squares where they need to be then sewing them down in straight rows on each of the four sides. Sandwich the backing, batting and top then start in the middle sewing a line from top to bottom and work out and viola your quilting will be done for you.
